Replin is an exercise tracking application that lets you log workouts, join groups, and compare progress with others. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to harass others, share false or misleading information, violate any laws, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Exercise and health information in the app is for general tracking only and is not medical or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time through the app settings.
